Annual cancer detection and special dental check-up camp were conducted in Disha on 20th march 2022..
Dr. Rohini Patil and her team from Nagpur along with Dr. Zuzer Rasool, and his team from SDSKS dental college, wanadongri , Nagpur, and Dr. Saurabh Meshram, Radio oncologist from Reliance cancer hospital, Gondia rendered their valuable service to the tribal rural population of the area.
In this camp, 68 patients were screened for malignancy. 44 breast screenings were done. 20 pap smears and distribution of breast prostheses were conducted for affected patients.
Total 128 patients were examined and benefitted from the special dental check-up camp. Out of the 24 dental procedures were conducted.
