Disha organized Cancer Detection camp on 10th March 2019 at Disha Arogya Kutir, Darekasa. It was a great motivational camp with 462 patients attending at Disha Arogya Kutir due to publicity and hard work of Disha Arogya Doots and sevikas. Lot of activities conducted in the camp like, mammography, pap smear for female population, dental check up, oral and dental ailment treatment, ultrasonography, FNAC, de addiction therapy are the hallmarks of the camp.

Dr. Rohini Patil who is doing cancer awareness work relentlessly through her Snehanchal and Sankalp foundation checked the patients.

Dr. Y. R. Kudale performed two complicated minor surgeries at the end of the day. Dr. Chaitanya of the Reliance Cancer Hospital, Karanja, Gondia was also present in the camp. Dr. Sonal Gupta (Radiologist) also rendered her valuable services on the occassion.
