On 25th Oct 2015, Disha organized 4th annual camp for guidance and treatment of adolescent girls mostly tribal community of the region. Total 200 girls (aged 16 to 18 years) from Gurudev High School and Ashram Shala, Jamakudoh were registered for the camp. The camp started with a guidance session on “Positive Thinking & Life Style” delivered by Shri Shrikant Godbole, a professional counselor from Nagpur. About 140 girls were selected for Hemoglobin checkup and surprisingly only 8 girls found with less than 8 gm (minimum level) as compared to 50 girls during last year. Dr. Nirmala Jaipuria, Dr. Shefali Jain and Dr. Vandana Aloni, from Gondia carried out the checkup and provided treatment to about 28 girls.

Disha team – Dr. Debashish Chatterji, Dr. Y. R. Kudale, Dr. Sajid Khan and Dr. Bhuskute Madam worked for the successful of the camp.
